Placing any type of order implies the user's implicit and explicit agreement with the terms of the distribution contract. Upon your request, the invoices issued can be certified by electronic signature (according to the provisions of Law no. 455/2001).
Buyers from other countries and/or delivery to other countries are also accepted.
The vignette fee includes VAT and free delivery via email! No additional fees are charged for the vignette!
SMS Ticketing SRL is an authorized distributor of vignettes and is subject to special legislation in the field (GO no. 15/2002 and Order no. 1463/2018 regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application by the National Company of Road Infrastructure Administration - S.A. of the use fee and the passage fee) as well as the vignette distribution contract. The collection of the road and usage fee of the road network in Romania and consequently, the issuance of the vignette can be done by SMS Ticketing SRL as an authorized distributor. Vignettes issued by SMS Ticketing SRL cannot under any circumstances be resold. The resale of vignettes constitutes a violation of the laws of Romania, whether the users-beneficiaries of the services of the site roviniete.ro are foreigners or Romanians and can be sanctioned according to the law.
ATTENTION!
According to the Electronic Commerce Law (Law 365/2002 with amendments brought by law 121/2006) - "Art. 7: Validity, legal effects, and proof of contracts concluded through electronic means
(1) Contracts concluded through electronic means produce all the effects that the law recognizes for contracts, when the conditions required by law for their validity are met.
(2) For the validity of contracts concluded through electronic means, the prior consent of the parties to the use of electronic means is not required.
(3) The proof of the conclusion of contracts through electronic means and the obligations resulting from these contracts is subject to the common law provisions on proof and the provisions of Law no. 455/2001 on electronic signature."
By the exception mentioned in Art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts, vignettes (road infrastructure usage fees in Romania) CANNOT be returned and do not require special provisions regarding warranty and service applied to the product/service:
"Art. 16 - Exceptions from the right of withdrawal - The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided in Art. 9-15 concerning distance contracts and contracts concluded outside commercial spaces:
.....
c) the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.”
The information provided by Users will be stored by SMS TICKETING SRL in electronic format and will not be delivered to any other third party, except those directly involved in providing the specific services of the site www.taxeauto.ro.
The technical means that the service provider makes available to the recipient for identifying and correcting errors that occurred when entering data are: email (office @ taxeauto. ro)
The term for requesting the correction of errors in the entered data is 60 minutes from the issue, according to: GO no. 15/2002 and Order no. 1463/2018 regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application by the National Company of Road Infrastructure Administration - S.A. of the use fee and the passage fee).
The language in which the contract can be concluded is only Romanian.
The presented terms and conditions are valid and apply to all websites for which SMS TICKETING SRL has the quality of author/owner/administrator.
Contracts are subject to the regulations issued by C.N.A.I.R. S.A. along with subsequent modifications.
The terms and conditions of use are subject to Romanian legislation. In case of dispute, an attempt will be made first to resolve it amicably, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint. If an agreement cannot be reached within the aforementioned term, the resolution of the dispute will be considered the competence of the judicial court.
Paid SMS Alert Service
The paid short message service (SMS) alert provided by SMS Ticketing SRL aims to warn about the expiration of a vignette purchased on www.taxeauto.ro, paid through the payment processor. The service is exclusively addressed to Mobile Users in Romania.
The information provided via SMS is based on the data entered by the User at the moment an order was placed.
While SMS Ticketing SRL ensures that the information is made available to the User promptly and accurately, the User is responsible for providing a correct phone number and maintaining an SMS text and network compatible mobile phone where SMS Ticketing SRL can send text messages.
The User is responsible for ensuring connection to a mobile network capable of receiving SMS services. The User understands that if the phone is turned off, disconnected for any reason, or is outside the coverage area for a period of 24 hours or more, their mobile network provider may delete any SMS messages to be received.
The SMS alert service may, at any time, be negatively affected by problems with the User's telephone network, force majeure events, or interference in the network coverage area. SMS Ticketing SRL is not liable for any type of losses, damages, or expenses, borne directly or indirectly, as a result of difficulties caused by the User's mobile phone provider.
The SMS alert is received one calendar day before the expiration date of the vignette. The delivery time depends on several factors, such as the feasibility of traffic on the mobile phone network or if the User's mobile phone is turned on. Therefore, this time cannot be guaranteed by SMS Ticketing SRL. SMS Ticketing SRL is not a mobile network operator and does not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
The User must provide a correct mobile phone number. Entering a wrong phone number results in the Provider's inability to deliver the service.
The service will be available from the moment of the vignette's issuance until one calendar day before its expiration or another period that SMS Ticketing SRL may recommend through the website www.taxeauto.ro. SMS Ticketing SRL may, at its own initiative, temporarily suspend the provision of the service, if such a provision could significantly affect the quality of any service provided. SMS Ticketing SRL reserves the right to withdraw this service at any time and without notice.
If the User does not receive the SMS for the paid service, they must inform the Provider by email: office @ taxeauto. ro.
SMS Ticketing SRL takes all precautionary measures to transmit the requested information. SMS Ticketing SRL expressly excludes any liability, including negligence, for any third-party information or other materials made available or that can be accessed using SMS text services. SMS Ticketing SRL is not responsible or liable for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond its control.

The User uses the Site at their own risk, SMS TICKETING SRL being free of any liability for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or access/visitation of the Site or as a result of using the information on the Site. SMS TICKETING SRL is not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur in the writing or presentation of the materials on the Site.
Performing unauthorized operations on this site and attempting to perform them (including, but not limited to: abusive use, fraudulent use, unauthorized access, modification, copying of information for their commercialization, blocking access, etc.) will be punished according to the law.
Receiving payment confirmation from the payment processor does not represent proof of the issuance of the ordered vignette. The notification from the payment processor that the payment has been processed (payment confirmation) does not equate to the issuance of the vignette. The issuance of the vignette will be done only after the user receives payment confirmation, the user being informed through a new email regarding its issuance, an email through which the vignette will also be sent in electronic format.
If the User does not receive the email through which they will be actually informed about the issuance of the vignette (email that will also have the electronic vignette attached), they must inform the Provider by email: office @ taxeauto.ro or phone: 0732773774.
If the User does not inform SMS Ticketing SRL about not receiving the vignette issuance email, SMS Ticketing SRL cannot be held responsible for any consequences of using the national road network in Romania without holding the vignette, the User being informed about the legal obligation to hold the client-copy document, a document that certifies the issuance of the vignette as provided by GO no. 15/2002 and Order 1463/2018 regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application by the National Company of Road Infrastructure Administration - S.A. of the use fee and the passage fee.
For orders paid by bank card, Internet banking transfer BT 24 or Internet transfer 24 Banking BCR, the issuance and delivery of vignettes will be done only after the online payment processor confirms the debiting of the client's bank account.
If for this type of orders the payment is not finalized through the payment processor, but is made by bank transfer to the account of SMS Ticketing SRL written on the proforma invoice (RRO23RNCB0106154135210001), the issuance and delivery of vignettes will be done according to the working schedule displayed on the website - from Monday to Friday in the time interval 08:00-17:00, except for legal holidays and only after registering the amounts of money in the accounts of SMS Ticketing SRL. Also, we mention the fact that current legislation does not allow backdating vignettes.
Thus, if payment is made by bank transfer, outside working hours, please consider the following aspects:
1. Vignettes for periods of 30 days, 60 days, and 12 months, which have a start date validity of a previous day, will be issued automatically on the first working day following the start date validity, with the start date equal to the date of issuance.
2. Vignettes that have as a start date the current day will be issued automatically on the same day, and their validity will begin from the moment of issuance.
3. Vignettes that have as a start date a future day will be issued automatically according to the placed order.
The online store TaxeAuto.ro declares on its own responsibility that the products sold are not counterfeit.
